I have horrible anxiety when taking my car to any type of shop- normally there is a lot of mansplaining and the mechanics treat me like I have no idea about life. Not at Confident-this is like taking your car to your dad's friend who happens to be a mechanic. The guys are all really nice and friendly, not creepy and they don't talk down to you. They're honest and up front with pricing and know what they're doing. 10/10 would recommend again and again.

It’s so challenging to find reputable and honest car service, so after a lengthy search I settled on Confident Tire & Automotive Service. After having my car serviced yesterday, I am very happy to say that I definitely made the right choice! Friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, fair, honest, and reliable are just a few superlatives to describe Dave, his operation, and a staff that truly seem to enjoy their work. I purchased 4 new tires, mounted and balanced, 4-wheel alignment, and 4 brakes and rotors replaced, and the work was impeccable and completed ahead of time. I am a first time customer, but after this experience I will be back again (or as Dave says “I’ll see you when I see you.”) and will enthusiastically recommend them to anyone I know needing quality automotive service. Dave and his staff are excellent. I stopped in, got a quote in minutes, and Dave ordered the tires. Tires arrived the next day and were replaced with an oil change as well in less than 2 hours.
